1. Consumption of treated water

The tap water system has a maximum water production capacity of 13,200 cubic meters per day. Chemical dosing (polyaluminum chloride and polymers), sludge formation and precipitation, aggregation and filtration through a sand layer, followed by chlorine disinfection produces tap water of quality in accordance with the water quality standards of the Provincial Waterworks Authority.
