How to Apply
Undergraduate Program
Download Undergraduate Program Application Form and send the document to the
address provided on the form.
Graduate Program
1. Download Graduate Program Application Form.
2. Completed Application form with photo.
3. Attached Documents.
(ex. copy of passport (identification pages), all bachelor and master’s degrees obtained,
original transcripts of all university courses taken, letter from former/current work
place (in sealed envelope), recommendation letter (in sealed envelope), thesis outline/
research proposal, English Proficiency Requirement for Ph.D. Program Admission,
and other).
4. Pay for Application Fee (US$ 50).
5. Send the completed application form with proof of payment to SUT.
