The Suranaree University of Technology Library Center practices fire evacuation plans for 2025.

Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), through the Library and Educational Media Center, in collaboration with the Security Division, Building and Grounds Division, and the Department of Occupational Health and Safety, Faculty of Public Health, conducted a fire evacuation drill for the year 2025 at Library Buildings 1 and 2 on June 17, 2025.

In this regard, Asst. Prof. Dr. Natthaya Pueakphong, Director of the Library and Educational Media Center, along with staff, housekeepers, and security guards within the building, conducted a drill with Asst. Prof. Dr. Kiatsak Batsungnoen, Assistant to the President for Student Development and Alumni Relations, lecturers in the Occupational Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety students, SUT security guards, SUT Hospital staff, and a team of instructors. The drill aimed to prepare for emergencies, equip students with fire safety knowledge, assist injured individuals, and ensure proper and safe fire procedures should a real-world situation arise.
