This is a by-product of the integrated waste management plant at SUT that takes food scraps from various buildings within the university. Going through a fermentation process using mechanical and biological technology (Mechnaical and Biology Treatment, MBT), resulting in a biodegradation process that results in organic fertilizer by-products to be used for nourishing the soil for planting trees as well.
