The Community Service Unit of the Agricultural Technology Division, Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), has a crucial mission to serve as a central hub for providing academic services, transferring knowledge, and disseminating modern agricultural technologies to the community. This focuses on providing consultation, practical training, and agricultural activities, as well as product processing and agro-business management, to increase value and create economic opportunities for farmers. The aim is also to empower local farmers to adapt the acquired knowledge to their specific conditions and market demands. This role not only promotes agricultural development in the area but also serves as a vital mechanism for improving the quality of life for farmers and strengthening the grassroots economy sustainably, aligning with the university's mission of being a "University Serving Society."
