Suranaree University of Technology Announcement Regarding Measures and Surveillance for the Outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
Since January 10, 2022, Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) has conducted all courses and examinations remotely using blended learning (online). Department heads have assigned tasks for personnel to work from home, maintaining the same level of productivity as those working at the university, and requiring weekly performance reports. A rotation system has been implemented, with 75% of departmental personnel rotating to work at the university.
Furthermore, SUT has enabled departments to conduct online meetings to ensure continuous communication and collaboration, even in challenging circumstances. These online meetings can be conducted using suitable platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, each supporting video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, meeting recording, and interactive discussions among participants.
This online meeting policy also allows personnel working from home to participate in meetings just as effectively as those working on campus, maintaining productivity, decision-making, and project continuity during times when in-person meetings are impractical.
