Description:

As for location and infrastructure, SUT is located in suburban area of Nakhon Ratchasima and so far has restored 6,009-Rai degraded forests, implemented environmental management system, and applied the approach of Green and Smart Building Design on SUT building renovation. SUT also allocates budget for running sustainable development project in order to create good atmosphere and quality of life in the campus. In energy and climate change management, SUT adopts the policies of energy conservation management and efficient energy usage.

The district Birkenfeld has a total area of 9.628 km² and a total population of 19,798. This means a high population density of 2,056 inhabitants per km².
