Note: One building could be classified as a smart building if it has a minimum of 5 features. Please add the total smart building area from buildings which are classified as smart buildings.
Examples of BAS systems used in digital buildings
An automatic control system uses computer and electronic technology to control and administer the system. For example, air conditioning systems, lighting systems, sanitary systems, etc., ensure that the systems work correctly and thoroughly. Adequate system supervision is required for large buildings as large buildings have multiple indoor facilities. Each method has different care and difficulties, so it is necessary to have a building automation control system (BAS) to help. To understand BAS, it is essential to study the following components of different techniques (Building services systems being controlled).
1. Air conditioning system
2. Sanitary system
3. Fire extinguishing system
4. Lighting system
5. Fire Alarm System
6. Security System
7. Indoor transportation system
